Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. is a listed company specializing in petroleum machinery design and research, processing and manufacturing, sales services and export trade. Its main products include oil pipes, casings, special seamless pipes for petroleum, sucker rods, pumps, Pumping units, electric submersible pumps, liquid injection pumps and various downhole tools, etc., are qualified suppliers of China's four major oil group companies and one of the four outstanding suppliers of PetroChina's Class I products. The company was founded in 1986 and entered the petroleum machinery industry in 1987. In 1994, Shandong Molong Group Corporation was established. In 2001, Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of the Shandong Provincial Government. On April 15, 2004, Shandong Molong's H shares were successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first private enterprise in Weifang and the first domestic company in the same industry to be listed overseas. On February 7, 2007, Shandong Molong successfully transferred from the H-share GEM to the main board, becoming the first company among the 134 H-share companies on the Hong Kong GEM to successfully transfer.
